QVSD now faces a daunting list of 18 conditions to meet before Leet Commission will grant a permanent development permit to build on the proposed Hilltop site.

Six Years after announcing the decision to build a New QV High School on the proposed Hilltop site, QVSD Board still has a long way to go before final approval.

While announcing the news of recent approvals, QVSB did not detail the 18 conditions that have been attached to the Leet Township Board of Commissioners ruling. The 18 Conditions attached to the ruling and formally accepted by QVSD on November 12, 2024, are found by going to the following Leet Township web site.

Here is just a few of the more important Conditions required by the Leet Township Commissioners:

• Engineer Review Letter that itself has 13 items that need to be addressed.

• PA Department of Environmental Protection Approvals

• Final Costs and Bonding Requirements

• Geotechnical Review

• Allegheny County Review and Approval of Camp Meeting Road Changes
